Business terms of service
Supplier terms for organizations using FiberAdmin. Paddle's buyer terms govern the purchase transaction.
1. Business customers and agreement
FiberAdmin is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting for business purposes, including entrepreneurs within section 14 of the German Civil Code, and public bodies. It is not offered for private consumer use. The customer confirms its business purpose and the authority of the person accepting these terms. If you are a consumer, do not purchase a business subscription; mandatory consumer rights cannot be removed by an incorrect label.
The software supplier is the Kosovo company identified in the Imprint. An order identifying the plan, billing interval, price and agreed scope, these terms and an executed DPA where required form the supplier agreement. An individually agreed order takes priority; the DPA governs personal-data processing. Public draft documents are not a completed DPA.
2. Service and customer responsibilities
FiberAdmin provides hosted tools for work orders, team coordination, inventory and field reports within the purchased plan. We grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive right for its authorized users to access the service during the agreement. Customers retain rights to their content and grant only the rights needed to provide the service.
Customers must provide accurate business details, keep credentials secure, assign appropriate permissions and use the service lawfully. Do not upload unlawful content, bypass authorization, introduce malicious software or access other tenants' information. The customer is responsible for lawful staff monitoring, end-customer notices, upload permissions and the handling of shared links. Optional AI, messaging and integrations require appropriate authorization and may incur charges expressly disclosed in the order. AI output must be checked by a qualified person.
3. Orders, Paddle and taxes
For checkout purchases, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Its buyer terms apply to the payment, invoicing, applicable transaction taxes and billing relationship. FiberAdmin provides and licenses the software. The final checkout identifies the Paddle entity, payable amount, tax treatment, billing interval and any trial or renewal conditions. A price shown on the website is not a substitute for that confirmation.
No paid plan starts solely because an account was created. Growth costs EUR 19 per subscribed user per month, excluding VAT, and includes no paid trial. Initial checkout uses the current active user count. The owner can explicitly change purchased capacity; deactivating a user alone does not reduce the billed quantity. Capacity cannot be reduced below the active team size. Paddle applies authorized prorated adjustments to the next invoice. Review the exact quantity and recurring total before ordering. Purchase disputes, refunds and mandatory rights are subject to the applicable transaction terms and law, rather than a blanket no-refund rule.
4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
A recurring plan renews for the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal, as described in the order and Paddle's buyer terms. Authorized administrators can manage cancellation through the billing portal; billing support can help if access fails. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the already-paid period unless the order, a refund decision or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Request refunds through Paddle's buyer support or the transaction's support link; we assist with product-related issues. There is no additional supplier cancellation fee. Statutory remedies for defects, justified termination and any mandatory refund rights remain available. Material price or contract changes for future periods require advance notice and a meaningful opportunity to cancel; they do not silently change the already-purchased period.
5. Availability, support and suspension
The service may require maintenance or experience interruptions. No fixed uptime percentage, recovery time or dedicated support response is promised without a separate written service-level agreement. We take reasonable steps to communicate material planned interruptions and remedy faults. Notify us of defects with sufficient information to reproduce them.
We may restrict affected access proportionately where needed to address a serious security risk, unlawful use or overdue payment confirmed by the billing system. Where feasible, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first. Access is restored when the reason is resolved. We will not treat a checkout success screen alone as proof of a paid entitlement.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for the agreement, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Disclosure to personnel and approved providers is limited to those who need it and are bound to appropriate confidentiality duties.
The customer remains responsible for its purposes, lawful bases and notices for workspace data. The supplier processes customer personal data only under a completed DPA and lawful instructions. The Privacy notice describes the supplier's own controller activities. Payment processing by Paddle is governed by Paddle's notice. Separate consent is needed for optional marketing where required; accepting these terms is not marketing consent.
7. Liability
Each party remains liable without contractual limitation for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, an expressly assumed guarantee and liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For simple negligence, liability exists for breach of an essential contractual duty and is limited to the foreseeable loss typical of this agreement, insofar as applicable law allows. Essential duties are those necessary to perform the agreement and on which the other party can ordinarily rely.
This clause does not restrict data subjects' rights under Article 82 GDPR or other mandatory rights. The supplier does not warrant that AI suggestions, maps, user-entered records or reports are suitable as the sole basis for safety-critical, employment or legal decisions. The customer must validate them and keep appropriate records.
8. End of service and changes
Either party may terminate for good cause under applicable law. At the end of service, the parties arrange return or deletion of customer personal data under the completed DPA and agreed export window. The customer should request an export before access ends. A confirmed retention or export period must be stated in the order or DPA; this draft does not promise a self-service export of every data type.
We provide advance notice of material proposed changes and any required acceptance or termination rights. A published update alone does not override an individually agreed order or eliminate mandatory rights. German substantive law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, governs the supplier agreement to the extent a valid choice is permitted. Jurisdiction follows applicable law unless the parties make a lawful written agreement. Paddle's transaction has its own governing terms.
